7 ways to nourish your Spiritual Self

by Jamie Nishi

Imagine that the spirit is a deep water well - one that always stays full, no matter how much is drawn from it. But because daily life is so demanding, many of us have not made time to visit the well and have become very, very thirsty. In today's world, this is not an uncommon phenomenon. Many people go through their daily lives suffering, simply because they have not gone to drink deeply of the clear, sweet waters of the spirit.

Nourishing the spirit isn't difficult - in fact, it's quite easy and pleasurable. What's difficult is making it a priority. In today's increasingly secular society, very little emphasis is placed on spiritual health and well-being. It's time to turn that around and join the many who have found out that making time for one's spiritual self will actually help you become a better, happier person all around. Your boss will notice it. Your partner, children and friends will notice it. But most importantly, you will notice that your thirst has been quenched, and this will allow you to feel more connected and to experience greater joy in everything you do!

Here are just a few ideas to get you started on a path to greater spiritual health:

Make a list of spiritual goals. Do you want to be more patient with others, less stressed in your daily activities, feel closer to your god or self? Having a list will help you identify what activities will be the most beneficial for you.

Go for a walk in a walking-friendly place. This could be the beach, a park or your own neighborhood. The slow rhythm of walking relaxes the body and mind, and allows you time to take notice of your surroundings - the flowers blooming in someone's garden or light shining on the water. Be sure to take deep breaths and sigh aloud if you need to. As you do this, you will experience walking more fully - the way you want to experience all the other activities in your life, even the fast-paced ones.

Spend the day in nature writing in your journal. If you don't know where to begin, start with plain observation and see what evolves.Try to think in terms of sensory detail - what you see, what you smell, what you hear, what you feel. If anything else pops into your head, even if it seems unrelated, begin writing about it. Allow yourself free flow.

Connect with elders. It's been an important facet of human development since ancient times. Talk with older members of your family or older friends. Ask them what their life was like when they were your age. You might learn some surprising things about them and about yourself!

Read a book or watch a DVD by your favorite spiritual author. It could be something new or something you want to revisit. Spend just ten minutes a day with their words of wisdom.

Make silence a part of your everyday life. Sit quietly for fifteen minutes in the morning or just before bedtime. Set yourself up with a candlelit bath. Do some gentle stretching, then lie down in a relaxing position for ten minutes and enjoy the flow of energy through your body. Even listening to meditation or relaxation music can be called silence, as long as you are really listening.

Take a class to focus your spiritual commitment. Many yoga studios and even community colleges now offer classes with a focus on spiritual health, such as meditation, self-enrichment and even classes on topics such as the use of plant and flower essences. Check out your local studios and schools, and see if anything calls to you.

Spending any time alone can be one of the greatest spiritual activities of all!

Energy

Energy is constantly being recycled. Energy can be made into everything. It constantly is a significant signature that is always in existence.

Communication lasts eternally in the realities they take place in. It makes eternal effects. Communication cannot be a disorder, it always relieves tension.

We have no right saying this is right or wrong. All of us are children of time. We need to express ourselves in the fullest way that we can. We shouldn't react to the things we do not understand. We need to understand before we make up our minds about the situation.

Normalcy is just an illusion that we make up. There is no such thing, we just invented it, and completely forgot. Learning and understanding is always important for it helps you grow.

River through the Mind

Flowing over ever obstacle, This river is majestically eternal, making its way over rough Terrain It’s the river of life. Many rivers travel to the ocean of consciousness. The ocean is so vast it extends far beyond known boundaries. It is made of the most renounced thoughts.

It overcomes all negativity to become the grandest that there is. The possibilities emerge into an ocean.

Shades of Humanity

There are an extremely variant amount of humans. This will only grow in the future. We have to remember that it isn't our differences which unite us it is and always will be our similarities that make us one.
The shadow of time also accompanies this span.

Stalking Preferred Realities and the Journey of Awakened Consciousness

by DL Zeta

There is a location in consciousness, in what you think of as time – where the energetic zip code of what you seek to manifest exists at the energetic level. To bring your intended manifestation into your physical reality, you will need to stalk it in consciousness. You can't stalk it in physical reality because it is not yet in the physical. People who attempt to stalk their desires in the physical soon become discouraged as their desires prove elusive. Those who persevere sooner or later find the seed of their intended creations within themselves and begin to energize it in their physical reality.
The Art of Stalking Preferred Realities

To clarify, stalking in this context is a process of intention combined with alert listening and observation. When you set an intention to bring something into physical reality, you make a commitment to do whatever it takes to realize your intention. The awakened person makes commitments based on the visions they receive from their higher self. The moment the commitment is made, this person has no idea what will be involved in following through with the intention to follow their vision. This is by design. It is the journey undertaken to bring the desired reality into being that distills the spiritual understandings being sought.
The average person falls into judgment with themselves because they don’t know how to bring their visions into being. The awakened person trusts that once they commit to their vision, they enter into a relationship with the universe where insights, guidance and resources are provided within the moment they are needed to bring their vision into reality. All they need do is show up each day with an awakened heart, mind and consciousness and participate.

The phrase “within the moment” is particularly important here. This is where the stalking comes in. In order to enter a state of alert listening and observation, once must by definition remain awake. Those who are not yet awakened fear the awakened state because on some level they recognize the responsibility this requires and the tsunami of change it triggers. Everyone in the evolution of their soul passes through the unawakened state and weaves in and out of it depending on the lessons they are working on.
There are many now who are attempting to enter greater levels of awakened consciousness. This can be a painful process of sifting through unprocessed emotions and learning to walk through the world in a new way. Once their emotions are healed and cleansed, the newly-awakened person is free to begin stalking realities and experiences aligned with their new gifts of vision.

Cultivating the Skill of Transparency
Transparency is an awakened skill that allows one to master the art of stalking preferred realities. As your spiritual eyes open, you begin to see through many things in the world. You may see others behaving in ways that don’t serve their growth and well-being, but you don’t respond to their behavior emotionally or attempt to change them. In this way, you respect each person’s need to grow and learn.
As a person cultivates transparency, they learn to observe and pass through many situations with a trusting and open heart.

The Awakened Person’s Journey
The awakened person’s journey is a process of discovering how they will view and experience reality. This is sometimes referred to as discovering one’s spiritual purpose but we won’t use those words in this discussion because they have become so overused they no longer hold the power to open doors in consciousness.
Each person has, encoded within their consciousness, the intention they set for their present lifetime. The awakened person recognizes this and begins stalking to learn about this intention. During the course of this inner journey, they will find themselves in many locations on the map of their own consciousness. There will be times when they encounter some aspect of themselves that is in need of healing and they must find within themselves the resonance needed to bring healing. There will be times when one encounters within themselves deep strongholds of resistance that requires focus and attention to transform resistance into harmony.

Surrendering the Need for Approval
The awakened person must keep their own council because there are few who understand the processes and journeys they undertake. In fact, often in the eyes of the world such journeys seem odd and ill-advised. To awaken to the universe is to surrender the need for outer approval. It is to release any claim one holds to self-pity and take complete responsibility for oneself. The awakened person learns to reduce their needs to the bare minimum in order to free themselves. They learn to channel their guidance within each moment and work with nature spirits to create a better world.
Finally, and we will leave you with this thought, which we will expand in a later segment. The awakened person stalks the realities they prefer by working with their field of possibilities and cultivating and energizing the probabilities most aligned with their highest vision. Many threads of reality run parallel to each other. These threads are but a heartbeat from each other energetically but in physical reality they are worlds apart. It is through intention and stalking that one chooses the threads they will energize and experience.

An Updated Prayer

TO: God.com

Dear Lord,

Every single evening As I'm lying here in bed, This tiny little

Prayer Keeps running through my head:

God bless all my family and friends Wherever they may be, Keep them warm and safe from harm For they're so close to me.

And God, there is one more thing I wish that you could do; Hope you don't mind me asking,

Please bless my computer too.

Now I know that it's unusual To Bless a motherboard,

But listen just a second While I explain it to you, Lord.

You see, that little metal box Holds more than odds and ends; Inside those small compartments Rest so many of my friends.

I know so much about them By the kindness that they give, And this little scrap of metal Takes me in to where they live. By faith is how I know them Much the same as you. We share in what life brings us And from that our friendships grew.

Please take an extra minute From your duties up above, To bless those in my address book That's filled with so much love. Wherever else this prayer may reach To each and every friend, Bless each e-mail inbox And each person who hits 'send'.

When you update your Heavenly list On your own Great CD-ROM, Bless everyone who says this prayer Sent up to GOD.com

Amen

Consciousness = U-know-verse

Is human consciousness inside a system, or set of systems, looking outward, or is human consciousness outside a system, or all sets of systems, looking inward?

Perhaps it is both.

We exist as, a U-know-verse, that has dragging, lagging, nagging rates of delayed effects( reactions ) and resultants from apparrent causal actions.

Over time, these spatial and time duration phenomena, accumulate as  consciousness i.e. a perceptual, if not conceptual ability we call mind or access too mind.

We witness/observe expansion( unfolding ) outward as, EM-Radiation from stars, dying stars exploding, cosmic celastial jets, biological birth, growth and death( coming apart ) conscious awareness and knowledge accumulation.

We witness/observe contraction( infolding ) as compression of states of matter i.e. integral collection of fermions, bosons and any combinations thereof.
We witness/observe interrelationships( lines ) between the parts, that may integrate as systemic whole, which wholes appear to contain and in some cases emit speficical frequencies/vibrations.

Universe is poetry in motion i.e. a universe of interrelating frequency of motions, within a background of absolute stillness, together define a, U-know-verse.

A Master’s Perspective on the Physical Plane and Seventh-Dimensional Access

 By Peter Phalam
A Master approaches the introspection of this physical plane viewing everyone as doing the best they can given the density of this experiment. They understand, through their ability to read the Akashic Record of anyone, how incarnates fare with the different test levels common to this experiment.

Since many Starseeds have developed full light bodies in their sleep states, and a few million are actively engaged in dimensional merkabah travel, the bridge most of them must cross initially to gain an ascension initiation from the physical is the karmic illusion bardo.

For the first Starseeds who achieve this, seventh-dimensional access is the next step, and those wishing to work with the ongoing arena of ascension on Earth will be within the realm of the first 144,000 Masters.
It is important to note that there are numerous soul groups who will achieve these Master qualifications but will not be part of the 144,000. They have had dharmic functions on Earth that have helped motivate evolution and thought. However, they have no plans for sticking around for the “Big Show” which is a distinct qualification for the 144,000 who will return to Earth's populations as teachers and facilitators of spiritual evolution.

Faith meeting truth

When two forces collide, there is an explosion no matter who is right! Blind faith has it’s place in a world that has no facts or truth to discount it. Logic is exacerbated in the face of ‘faith’ even though it may make more sense. Logic and faith repel each other as do truth and faith or ‘belief’. Millions have benefitted from their faith in the holy books and words that have been part of their culture. Stand on any street corner in the world and ask passerby’s if they have a religion and faith. Likely the majority will answer to the affirmative and if challenged will quote scriptures of unknown origin that allegedly declare ‘rules for salvation’ from some higher source.

‘Faith’ doesn’t claim that they know the truth, but have faith that invisible sources do know the truth, and it’s not for them to question. Their belief is to NEVER question the ‘holy word’ from above. Fear of eternal damnation has encrusted itself in their minds, emotions and spirit. A takeover! Yesterdays scientific facts behind all religions were what amounted to ‘secret’, and in only rare publication. Today ‘scientists of religion’ have uncovered and published shocking truths about all religions.

Any intelligent person, free of ‘brainwashing’, be it from naive, heartfelt intent, will be open to examine the evidence from those who studied the questions and found answers that belie belief systems and faiths. Intelligence will understand that ‘imagination’ can produce ‘seeming God-like answers and healings that seem to come from nowhere but from above. That ‘above’ may indeed be true but not truthfully attributed to a particular source of the divine that only answers to those who have the faith of their teachings.

All religions are ‘Knockoffs’ of what was passed down from other belief systems through the ages beginning crudely with word of mouth thousands of years earlier. Mormonism is a ‘knockoff’ of the old and new testaments as is the Quran from the same source. The jewish old testament was a knockoff from what’s now known as Hinduism and on and on. Strangely, the knockoffs are filled with myths of characters performing miracles who never existed. The only so called ‘messiah’ or prophet who seems to have existed is Mohammed of Islam. Many scientists have concluded what’s clearly found in the Quran, that he was also a ‘warrior who killed’ as well as raped (ie., his 9 year old wife). ‘Knockoff religions’ (which they all are) need to crumble in the face of truth!

Those who have faith and cling to it in the face of truth are the lost souls of illusion, and face only who they are not. Truth moves forward, faith clings to the past ignoring it’s doubts. Truth is to be explored and verified. Faith crosses it’s fingers and closes its eyes to anything but what’s claimed to be truth through ‘faith’. Is ‘faith’ VOODOO?

Allow Your Own Inner Light to Guide You

There comes a time when you must stand alone. You must feel confident enough within yourself to follow your own dreams. You must be willing to make sacrifices. You must be capable of changing and rearranging your priorities so that your final goal can be achieved. Sometimes, familiarity and comfort need to be allenged. There are times when you must take a few extra chances and create your own realities. Be strong enough to at least try to make your life better that you won't settle for a compromise just to get by. Appreciate yourself by allowing yourself the opportunities to grow, develop, and find your true sense of purpose in this life. Don't stand in someone else's shadow when it's your sunlight that should lead the way.
